These are my FAVORITE products of ALL TIME
When it comes to products, there are products I love to use from time to time, but then there are the, can’t-live-without, absolutely LOVE, type of products. This list is compiled of the latter. And, let me just say, that I was EXTREMELY picky when creating this list. However, after much deliberation, I have finally curated a list of 7 hair products that you won’t be able to live without.
1. Aveda Pure Abundance Hair Potion: If you are the type of person who likes a little gritty texture in their hair, then this one is for you. It transforms from a powder to a liquid so it is unlike anything I’ve used before. An absolute MUST for achieving that massive high pony.
2. Redken Color Extend Blondage: Your favorite purple shampoo on ‘roids.
3. Aveda Air Control Hair Spray: I admit it. I dislike most hair sprays. However, I love this one, because you can’t feel it in your hair at all, yet it holds like a dream. I always use it to spray my bangs away from my face. It’s really good because you can brush through your hair after using it and it will still hold the shape. I don’t know what kind of magic they put in here, but it works.
4. OLAPLEX: Any OLAPLEX. I highly recommend the whole set, but if you can only get your hands on one product, I’d suggest the No.3. I leave it in my hair like you would a leave-in conditioner, and it has dramatically reduced the breakage in my highlighted blonde hair. It makes your ends look like they are freshly cut all the time. Don’t just take my word for it, read the reviews here. You should get it.
5. Aveda Pure Abundance Style Prep: Okay, I realize I’m partial to Aveda products, but for good reason. This product is the building block of a voluminous style. The foundation, if you will. I’m telling you, without this, my hair just doesn’t do right.
6. Revlon Frost and Glow: There is a light blonde and a dark blonde version of this, and I’ve been using both of them on and off since high school. It’s easy to use and the results are pretty consistent for at at-home product.
7. ION Thickening Styler: An oldie, but a goodie; used to create heavy-duty volume akin to a majestic lion.
